how to make TILUNG (ROTI GULUNG)







1. GOAL

Foods are something that always we meet, eat and need. Snack is foods that help us to cover if we are hungry, accompany us to watching movie or read news paper, watching TV and relaxed the day. But, now, many mother would not occupied and choose to buy fast foods. Honestly, make some foods by our self to our family it’s so amazing and great. Cooking it’s not hard and boring. In this time, I will share how to make snack, that so easy, and cheap. I will make “TILUNG” (roTI guLUNG) or in English we can say bread roll.

2. MATERIALS

Ok, something that you need to make TILUNG are:
1.      Plain bread
2.      Egg
3.      Sausage or nugget or meat ball
4.      Rice flour
5.      Sauce
6.      Lettuce or onion
7.      Mayonnaise
8.      Palm oil

3. STEPS

The step for make TILUNG are: First, prepare the bread and then add sauce on the bread sausage, and lettuce or onion. Second, roll the bread until make a tube and then put in the bread in to white egg that was prepared. Third, after the bread cover of white egg put the bread to the rice flour and marinate the bread with the rice flour. Third, after all the bread was covered with egg and rice flour, put the bread in to freezer (about 10 minutes) while wait the bread, prepare the palms oil on the pan, after the oil was hot put in the bread to the oil wait the bread until the color is golden brown, that is sign that the bread was cooked. And then, drain the bread until the oil was lost. Put the bread to a plate or something that you need and add the mayonnaise to the bread. Finally, TILUNG ready to eat.

4. PRESENTATION

TILUNG was good and nice if you eat in the hot or warm condition, and you can make it by yourself in your home and give it to your family or your someone, and I think they will give you smile and suggest you to make it again.
